Testing and Evaluations

We take pride in the products and services we provide to our valuable customers.  To help you make informed buying decisions we often perform our own non-scientific evaluations of the products and services we provide.  These evaluations are not intended to discredit any claims made by others about specific products or services.  

The equipment and supplies we use to perform our evaluations are typical household appliances and supplies. 

We use a standard washer/dryer pair for our evaluations.  During our evaluations, we launder garments using the recommended care instructions.  We then alter the laundering to include washing  in hot water, using fabric softener and bleach.  We also dry on high heat and iron the garments. We complete five cycles following instructions and five cycles of improper laundering and report our findings.  

We use a standard sponge and liquid dishwashing soap for our handwashing evaluations. We use a standard household dishwasher for our machine washing evaluations.
