You can use any of our numerous contact forms to upload your image.  If you have more than one image, complete the form again for each image.  Please be sure to include what product the uploaded image is to be applied.  Please add as much detail as you would like to help assist us in completing your order.

On each product that provides the option of adding additional wording to your project, there is an image in the product details that includes a selection of fonts (scripts) you can select from.  You can make your selection during the order process when you provide the details of your order.  If you have any issues, comment on your order instructions and we will contact you directly to get the details to create exactly what you are looking for.

When placing your order just include the details of the additional changes you are wanting and we will contact you to let you know if we are able to offer the changes or if there are other options we can offer.  We desire to provide you with exactly what you are looking for.

Polyester shirts pill when loose fibers on the surface become tangled together from friction and wear. Because polyester fibers are strong and do not easily break off, the tiny fuzz balls stay attached instead of falling away.

Common causes include:

• Repeated rubbing against seat belts, jackets, backpacks, purses, or other clothing 
• Washing with rough fabrics like towels, jeans, or garments with zippers and Velcro 
• High heat in the dryer, which can weaken fibers and increase friction 
• Lower-quality polyester fabrics that use shorter fibers 
• Blended fabrics, especially polyester-cotton blends, which tend to pill more than higher-end performance polyester 
• Overloading the washer or dryer, causing clothing to rub together excessively 
• Frequent wear in areas with friction, such as under the arms, sides, chest, cuffs, and waistline 

To reduce pilling:

• Wash shirts inside out 
• Use cold water and a gentle cycle 
• Wash with similar lightweight fabrics only 
• Avoid fabric softener
• Air dry or use low heat 
• Remove shirts promptly from the dryer 
• Use a fabric shaver to safely remove pills when they appear

Will this cause issues with the embellishment?

Yes - Anything that damages the fabric will have a negative impact on any applied embellishment.  Proper laundering is extremely important if you want the garment and embellishment to withstand time.
